Mechanical plate suspension (multi-leaf spring)
Structure: Leaf spring + balance arm + bracket. The leather is solid and durable, the accessories are cheap, the maintenance is simple, and the impact resistance is strong. Applicable scenarios: skeleton car, flat trailer, African dirt road, sand and gravel road, construction site heavy load, container trunk line, mine infrastructure transportation; the first choice for large-scale procurement of fleets. Disadvantages: Shock absorption is hard, and precision and fragile goods are easily damaged.Air suspension (airbag suspension)
Structure: Rubber airbag + shock absorber + control valve. Airbag cushioning, adjustable body height, soft shock absorption, protect goods and reduce tire wear. Applicable scenarios: side curtain semi-hanging, precision equipment, tray general merchandise, valuable packaged goods, paved highway long-distance trunk line. Disadvantages: high price, airbag afraid of sharp gravel, few maintenance accessories in remote areas.
2. Axle (axle)
Semi-trailer support bridge, carrying the weight of the whole vehicle, built-in brake drum/disc, wheel hub bearings, tires are installed at both ends, which is the core load-bearing part of the chassis. Mainstream specifications:

3. Landing Gear (Horse Leg)

2. Axle Axle

3. Landing Gear

4. Brake Chamber

: The actuator of the pneumatic brake, the compressed air pushes the internal diaphragm, drives the brake cam, and realizes the driving brake; the energy storage double air chamber has its own spring parking brake, and the air-breaking automatic locking wheel prevents the car from slipping.
Uses & Scenarios
All semi-trailers are standard, container trunk lines, mountain transportation, and yard parking. West African long-distance freight recommends energy storage double air chambers to improve the safety of ramp parking; regular maintenance to avoid corrosion of diaphragms in humid environments.
