Product introduction
Powder tank trailer (also called bulk powder material tanker), specially used for airtight transportation of dry powder materials: bulk cement, fly ash, limestone powder, mineral powder, gypsum powder, etc. Relying on air compressor blowing fluidization, the powder is unloaded from the tank by air pressure, without manual bagging, with fast unloading speed and less dust, which is very suitable for infrastructure projects, cement plants, and mining projects. There is a great demand for road projects in Africa.

Fluidization device
: Tilt the fluidized bed, the compressed air passes through the breathable layer, making the powder fluidized and discharged outward by pressure;Top: multiple feeding ports (manholes), safety valves, pressure gauges;
Tail: discharge pipe, butterfly valve, exhaust valve;
Equipped with air compressor system, diesel engine-driven air compressor (can be unloaded without external power supply, rigid demand for African construction sites).
Working principle
The truck-mounted air compressor generates compressed air, which is fed into the fluidized layer at the bottom of the tank. The air penetrates the powder evenly, reducing the friction between the powder particles, and the powder becomes a fluid-like state. After the pressure is increased in the tank, the discharge valve is opened, and the powder is transported along the pipeline to the silo, with a vertical transportation height of 15 to 30 meters.
