The production of a high-quality trailer requires strict control over multiple links. Starting from the preparation of raw materials, we proceed with blanking, welding, structural assembly, component installation, surface treatment and vehicle assembly in sequence.
During the production process, we focus on key components such as frame structure, welding quality, axles, suspension system and braking system. After the production is completed, each trailer is inspected before leaving the factory to ensure that the vehicle meets the configuration and use needs confirmed by the customer. We can make corresponding configuration adjustments to the trailer according to the road conditions, transportation needs and customer requirements of different countries.
How do we conduct quality inspection before the trailer leaves the factory?
From the structure to the components, we conduct a comprehensive inspection of the trailer before delivery to ensure that the product meets customer requirements.
Quality is an important foundation for the long-term stable operation of the trailer. After the trailer is completed, we will inspect the entire vehicle, including the frame structure, welding position, axles, suspension system braking system, tires and lights. For different types of trailers, we will also conduct targeted inspections according to product characteristics.
Before shipping, we will reconfirm the appearance, size, configuration of the vehicle and the relevant details of customer requirements. Through quality control during production and pre-factory inspection, we hope to provide more reliable transportation solutions for overseas customers
